Hi! I'm hoping to rent one room in my 3 bedroom 4 full bathroom house. I currently have 2 roommates, Madeline and Emilio, but Madeline is moving in with her significant other. The room is on the second floor wit hit's own private bathroom across the hall. The room measures 11'x11' with vaulted ceilings and a 4'x4' closet. The home is two stories with a walk out basement. Amenities include: Wood floor on the first level, travertine tile in the bathrooms and corian countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, a see through gas fireplace in the living room, 13'x13' deck and private backyard, hot tub and peloton. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house. My name is Nate and I'm a 37 year old radiologist at UM, and Emilio is a 29 year old post doctoral researcher in medicinal chemistry (he is in the basement room). We like to cook, binge watch good TV and are looking forward to being able to have friends over again for drinks and heading out to Detroit for concerts and Tigers/lions games. I have had both male and female roommates, students or young professionals and really never had any issues, in fact many of my prior roommates are some of my best friends. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and looking to be friendly/social with their roommates (as opposed to just renting a room). If you are interested, please feel free to contact me. Additional 150 dollars per month includes everything including: Maid service for the house once per week, AT&T fiber internet and cable, heat/electric/water etc. I have a dog named Eve who is incredibly sweet and social.
