Everything you need to cook, meal prep & bake anything you desire! You will also find soft water & a Reverse Osmosis Water system providing you with purified water so you won't need to buy bottled water! Your beautiful queen size bed is fitted with quality linens & a super comfortable luxury mattress for your resting comfort. Step into your luxurious bathroom with a relaxing walk in shower, big fluffy towels, warm bath rugs & spacious medicine cabinets. You will also find a stacked front loading washer & dryer & a spacious closet. There is a large dresser full of drawers for your use. A blackout blind covers the main window for your sleeping comfort. Put your feet up in your upholstered chair & ottoman to watch some TV on your Samsung TV with Roku & soundbar. High speed fiber optic internet with WiFi is provided, as well as your utilities. There is a mechanical/storage closet where you can store your luggage or other items you need storage for. The cottage is located on our property compound that we fondly call Roaming Eagle's Nest in honor of our traveling professionals. There is also a main house for more traveling professionals, as well as a garage building & a shed that we use for our own purposes. You will have off street parking next to the cottage, as well as a relaxing front porch where you can sit outside & enjoy some fresh air. Larned State Hospital is located 3 miles West of town & Pawnee Valley Community Hospital is only a few blocks away from the cottage. Great Bend Regional is a little over a 20 mile drive away. We DO NOT allow smoking, vaping, or pets. This unit is for a single traveler, unless an exception is made for a couple traveling together. No room sharing is allowed otherwise. This is a furnished mid term rental for traveling professionals. Minimum stay is 30 days, generally 13 to 17 weeks preferred. Extensions to contracts can be considered, providing landlord finds it agreeable. Landlord pays utilities & high speed internet. Laundry, kitchenware, linens, furnishings, TV are provided. On site, off street parking is provided. Rent is $1,250 per 30 days, first month paid upon arrival. No deposit is required, upon approval. This is not a hotel, we expect you to take care of the space & all furnishings. Cleaning is not provided during your stay, we expect you to keep the property clean. No pets allowed, no smoking or vaping. This unit is for a single traveler, unless an exception is made for a couple who travel together. An adjustment to rent will be made to accommodate them. NO room sharing is allowed otherwise.
