No soliciting allowed in Deep Creek. There is a lot of wildlife that lives in Lake Zappa. There is a vacant lot on either side of this house. A neighbor bought the lot on one side and the other neighbor bought the lot on the other, so no one can build there, consequently we have a view of Lake Zappa. People are friendly and helpful if you want them to be, but leave you alone if you want that. Buses don't go through a lot of Deep Creek, so school kids have to walk about a half mile to get to the bus. A lot of kids ride bikes to school. A lot of people use canoes and kayaks on Lake Zappa, behind this house. No power boats allowed. It's quiet and fairly secluded here, with a greenbelt behind this house.
