Renter will have their own bathroom and there is room in the garage for a small car/truck. 3rd bedroom with the barn doors can also be a home office/flex space for additional rent (negotiable). Dog friendly on a case by case basis with a deposit. One month up front deposit, No smoking allowed inside, pets allowed on a case by case basis with a deposit. 6mo minimum lease, no subleasing.
