The spacious, fully enclosed backyard is a great place for personal gardening or just relaxing and appreciating the quiet serenity. There is also a large back deck patio adjacent to the house. This is a great home whether you are on your own, with a partner, or with the entire family. First and last month's rent is due upon moving in. A $1000 deposit will be collected for holding the place as soon as the lease contract is signed. If there is a pet there will be a $500 non-refundable deposit (or $50 extra in rent per month). A second pet will have an additional $500 refundable deposit. The tenants will be fully responsible for all utilities including electricity, water/sewer/garbage, internet, and cable, along with the monthly rent. No daycare services please. And absolutely zero smoking tolerance both inside the home as well as on the property. Prefer non-smoking tenants. All adults will be required to have a background check done and will be asked to provide references. At least one credit history report will also be required. This is for a year long lease minimum.
