I accept your pet (Read info below) Lower apartment with its own entrance on a covered porch. This is a smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms, eat in kitchen and nice sized carpeted living room area. Refrigerator and stove provided. Laundry hook ups in clean basement. Nice lighting throughout the apartment. Great tenants upstairs and you won't hear much noise as they are very quiet. Very nice neighborhood in South Buffalo, with street parking only. Fully fenced in yard. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. Water, trash, and landscaping provided. If you have a pet, I consider ALL pets, they are put into lease that I allow them. There is a very small cleaning fee I charge at move out time. No other pet fees.
