We use one of the bedrooms right now to store our bikes, but could definitely be re-purposed as an office or second bedroom. Master bedroom connects to a walk-in closet, half bath and eventually to the full bath. If we were staying in Ann Arbor, I would keep this property! Valley Ranch is a great leasing company - things are well maintained and fixed promptly. But we are relocating internationally and our place (and furniture!) must go by November! Lease takeover date would be Nov. 23, though we are willing to negotiate from mid-November through December. Tenant would need to submit application to Valley Ranch and sign lease in the office. I do not anticipate that process taking more than 1 week. You would be taking over our current lease, which would expire in June. You would have the option to renew the lease or terminate it at that time.
