My husband and I are looking for someone to sublease our apartment for a 6 month lease starting March 1st through August 31st. The rent is $1500 a month and you could always opt to extend the lease for another year if you like the apartment. This is at the South Shore District Apartment Complex which has awesome pool, gym, roof top patio and office spaces. Right next to the lake and less than a 5 min drive to downtown. You can also walk to Rainey St very easily! This complex is also very dog friendly as well! We're also happy to leave some items to help furnish the place if needed like our couch, media center and dining room table. Attached at photos from the leasing center, our apartment is the exact same layout, just decorated differently, our furniture will come with us so you can decorate as you like. Fridge and other appliances are included in the rent. This sublease is at a cheaper rate than the complex is offering currently. Please respond to set up a time to look at the apartment.
