September 1st move in date with lease that goes through May 14, 2020. Apartment complex has private pool and a rooftop overlooking downtown Austin with dedicated parking spaces and a washer and dryer in unit. Tons of natural light, too. Next to tons of food options, a grocery store, a dog park, plus Lady Bird Lake and the Hike and Bike trail. It is 5 minutes from Rainey/downtown and 15 minutes to airport. No more than 2 adults in the unit, although up to three children in addition to adults are allowed. 2 pet maximum and pet deposit. You will need to apply through the leasing office for final approval, which will consist of a $50/person and they will run a credit, employment, and background check for each person applying. Please don't bother seeing the apartment if you do not think you will pass the background check, but happy to give a tour to serious prospective tenants. Lease through 5/14/2020
