Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very family oriented, lots of kids riding bikes and playing outside when the weather is nice. The community has a pool and newly renovated pool house, 3 playgrounds within half a mile, walking trails, basketball courts, tennis courts and lots of open areas including a large one behind our house. Hutchison Elementary is a quarter mile away! The community does lots of events like Mom -n- Tot music groups, community garage sale, bridge club, swimming club, and Friday night game night!
