You have access to the suite and private patio. Wifi & Utilities included. Kitchen includes refridgerator, drip coffee pot, water kettle, electric instant pot, toaster oven + pots/pans/dishes. Minimum 1 month lease with flexible duration. No smoking. No pets. No laundry facility on site (laundromat within 1 mile). No dedicated parking, but ample street parking. The studio that shares a wall with our family home, but has a completely private entrance.
