It's just minutes from the Penn State campus, parks, shopping, and all the amenities the town has to offer, yet it's far enough away that you can avoid the craziness of football weekends! There are four bedrooms: The top floor features an enormous master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Three bright bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath (which is where the laundry room is located; washer and dryer are for sale, if you're interested!). My utility bills have been very reasonable. Property manager takes care of trash, lawn care, and snow removal. They're also great about keeping the exterior of the unit nice and clean: They routinely wash the windows/siding and spray for insects. And they just repainted the deck.
