Your vacation rental has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a 32" TV in addition to dresser drawer and built in cabinet space. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped but there is no dishwasher or disposal so please dispose of all sink remnants in garbage can. Your private front yard has 2 cherry tomato plants, so you'll have your feast desire of home grown tomatoes. There's also succulent ginger flowers, morning glories, rosemary, palms and more to enjoy your morning coffee or evenings glass of wine as I do. Fully furnished. There is private storage on side of building for your surf boards or bikes access via your front yard. The neighborhood You will be 1.5 blocks from the Best beach in Santa Cruz County named Seabright Beach State Park. You are a 3 minute walk to a convenience store for last minutes, Seabright Brewery for an afternoon beer, salad or one of the best burgers in the county and every Fri evening a live band. Or per your delight La Posta (one of the best romantic Italian restaurants), Tremonte a family oriented fantastic Italian restaurant and one of the TOP 2 breakfast places in the county Seabreeze Cafe (The other one in Zachary's downtown Santa Cruz). Seabright neighborhood is the best hood in the county. You will be staying in the center of a 6-7 block radius of the Santa Cruz sunbelt. A quarter of a mile south (7th Ave & Crow's Nest side of the harbor) is literally 7-10 degrees cooler and windy. "The Westside" Santa Cruz (Also known as West Cliff) is literally 10-15 degrees cooler and much more windy. One other key element is our neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and we watch out for each other. If you need to borrow an egg, coffee or a cup of milk.....not a problem. Just get to know your neighbor We have permit parking, May thru mid Sept, so everyone who lives here parks here. Pet Friendly for small critters.
