Tenant will get 1 reserved parking spot. No smoking on property and no pets. There is no laundry available. A security deposit of $500 is required (refundable). The suite is available from April 10th. 12-month lease term. All utilities + Internet are included in the rent. Renter will get one reserved parking space. No smoking. No pets allowed.
