The remaining 50% of rental fee and the 7% short term rental tax on the total rental fee is due 90 days before check-in. An optional fee of $50 for Temporary ID tags for two people would be paid by tenant to The Villages. Rental amount is for up to 2 adults. No other persons are permitted unless approved at lease signing. No parking is permitted on the street or on the lawn. Other provisions are outlined in the lease agreement. In event of a cancellation, rental charges and security deposit are fully refundable if cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival date, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same period. Copy of a Zillow Background Check for owners, plus copy of licenses of tenants that will occupy the unit. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
