    One stylish, spacious, quiet and cozy private rooms with locks is available for July then September and onward. The room was booked for August already. It is very clean and located at the 2nd floor with private entrance. Plenty of free guest parking is right by the front door. It offers kitchenette, refrigerator, bathroom, RO water and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen memory foam with a mattress protector, a closet, a TV, a study desk and an ergonomic chair. Water softener is used for the whole house. Assigned cabinets provide plenty storage space. The rent of $860 per month includes Wi-Fi and utilities. 1. No Drugs, No Smoking: This is a drug-free and smoke-free property. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay. 2. Guest Visits & Overnight Stays: Overnight guests are no more than 2 consecutive nights and allowed only with the 24hr prior host's written permission. An additional guest fee of $15 per night applies. 3. Electronic Appliance Usage Burners, open flames, cooking with oil, or anything that produces smoke and heat are not allowed on the second floor. Host's written approval is required before using personal cooking devices or a personal refrigerator etc. Only one electrical appliance can be turned on at kitchenette at any time. 4. Cleanliness & Shoe Policy Clean up common areas and appliances after each use. Outside shoes are not allowed on the second floor. If the host needs to clean up after a guest's mess, a cleaning fee of $10+ each time may be charged to the responsible guest. 5. Trash Disposal Perishable and smelly trash should be disposed on the same day. There are two trash collectors in the mailbox area by the pool. Or wait until from Thursday to Saturday to dispose trash into the black trash bin by the garage. 6.Utility Conservation Turn off A/C, lights, fans, TV, computers and unused electronics or appliances when away. A/C cooling is set to a fixed range being 76F the minimum. WiFi is provided for normal use. Excessive data usage (more than 15GB a day) is not allowed and internet access may be limited. 7. RO water system: It was provided as a courtesy but not obligated. Guests are welcome to buy their own water if RO does not work as expected. 8. Mail: The host isn't responsible for missing mail but will try to watch for it if informed in advance. 9. No Pets Allowed
