There is an additional off street parking space available for $100 per month. First come first served between the two units. You are responsible for Xcel and Internet. We are the owners of the house, and we live in Golden. We've always had great tenants in this house who have taken excellent care of the space. We are looking for people with a clean rental history and excellent credit.
