The top and bottom floor units of this home each have their own entry door, doorbell, mailbox, furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioner. Your rent includes trash, water, and sewer. You are responsible for Xcel and Internet. We are the owners of the house, and we live in Golden. We've always had great tenants in this house who have taken excellent care of the space. We are looking for people with a clean rental history and excellent credit.
