Andronico's is 4 blocks away, and there are a few smaller/cheaper markets within a few blocks as well. Many Asian supermarkets about 10-15 blocks away Restaurants - All around :) We are in the heart of it. Some you may have heard of include Arizmendi Bakery, San Tung, etc. Your share of the monthly expenses: Utilities - Depends on the season (we turn the heat on in the winter), around $120 on average Internet - $25 Sorry no pets, no smoking.
