Rent: $1250/per month + utilities, Available April 16! One Spacious and Bright master bedroom with a private bathroom open for rent in a third-floor walk-up 4-bed apartment, near UCSF, banks, restaurants, Golden Gate Park, Muni "N", shops, and public laundry within 5-10 mins walking distance. No parking or laundry. Description of roommates: We are 3 women in our late-twenties. We all work in a variety of industries: public relations and UCSF students, and are pretty busy with work on most weekdays. While we do hang out at home, we have separate social lives outside which often keeps the apartment relatively quiet. We're pretty laid back, and hope you are too. No pets or smoking. If you are also a young female professional, clean and considerate, and social but have your own thing going, please reach out! Your email will go to our landlady who will do an initial screen but we will hopefully meet you soon. Neighborhood info: Parking - 9th Ave. is a pretty bustling street so honestly, it's not great, but totally doable if you're willing to park a few blocks away Public transportation - the N muni stops right on our block and takes you directly to downtown. We're also close to the stops for the 6, 7, 43, and 44. Bank - We are less than 1 block from Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and First Republic Bank Groceries - We are a couple doors down from the weekly Sunday farmer's market. Andronico's is 4 blocks away, and there are a few smaller/cheaper markets within a few blocks as well. Many Asian supermarkets about 10-15 blocks away Restaurants - All around :) We are in the heart of it. Some you may have heard of include Arizmendi Bakery, San Tung, .. etc. Your share of the monthly expenses: Utilities - Depends on the season (we turn the heat on in the winter), but around $120 on average Internet - $20 FICO credit score 700 or above preferred. To apply: *Photo ID copies *Last two months' pay stubs or job offer letter *Last two months' bank statements *Credit report with score *Other support documents such as proof of assets, reference letter, etc. would help us make a faster decision Rent: $1250/per month + utilities, Available April 16!
