The condo and building are fantastic. The condo itself is very comfortable with ample space for two plus a dog (speaking from experience). No size restrictions on pets! Parking space in garage on property is available. Bike storage is available. Please let me know if you will need either of these. Great area in Old Town bordering Gold Coast. Walking distance to red line in addition to bus stops right outside. The lake and park are quick easy walks. Plenty of fantastic dining and bar options walking distance.
