Please note that the bathroom shares a wall with our kitchen/laundry room, to keep the noise level in your space lower, we recommend closing the bathroom door! Please enjoy complimentary tea! - basics to cook a meal (InstantPot, induction hot plate, microwave, fridge) - Queen sized Murphy bed with a cozy comforter and pillows. Easily folds down right over couch (with cushions removed), no need to move furniture! Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. For nonemergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents - 2 people max - No pets allowed in rental space. There are 2 small dogs on the property, but they do not always get along with other pets, and the outdoor area is shared space. - There is a camera near your main entrance in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. - No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a start of supplies, like toilet paper. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay No smoking, parking is street parking only. We prefer a month to month rent, however longer terms can be discussed.
