For travel nurses, this home is located within biking distances to O'Connor Hospital, and a short drive from Valley Medical, Levi Stadium vaccination site, Good Samaritan, Kayser Santa Clara, and many more of the Bay Area's top hospitals. For tech workers, we are within biking distance of many companies including Adobe, Intel, Nvidia, and Samsung. We are a short drive to Apple and Tesla. We have fully furnished this rental with everything you need to feel at home including a queen bed, smart-tv, kitchen bar table, art, and much more. The kitchen is fully stocked with new and high-end dishware, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and many Kitchenaid accessories. The kitchen has appliances including dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator, and an over-the-range microwave. The home is available unfurnished for longer term leases. The home has its own in-unit washer/dryer as well as central AC. Our family has been accommodating guests to the San Jose area for the past 10 years. We have a lot of experience with renting our space to guests from outside of San Jose (both from within the US and International) who are visiting the area for work and school. For such prospective guests we can host a full video walkthrough of the property via Zoom and gladly connect you with our past tenants as references. We welcome pets for a $100/month pet fee and an additional $200 cleaning fee. The home's private gated backyard is ideal for guests with dogs. Located just minutes away from I280, a Stanford student can be on campus in about 25 minutes on days when you need to be at school. The house is a 10 minute bike ride to Santa Clara University on Park Ave, and 10 minute bike ride to SJSU. 6. Although this home is 1 freeway exit from the San Jose Minetas airport, it is out of the flight path and does not get any airport noise.
