I have an adorable mother-in-law cottage/studio for rent in Eagle Point. Unfurnished Off street parking which is covered by Costco car tarp. Utilities included / city water, gas, electric, trash. Has Up/Down window blinds on all framed double pained windows*. Carpet. Exterior heat pump Heating and Air conditioning with remote. The cottage has washer dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, bathroom with shower. Near to the new Eagle Point RVTD route. Also, near Eagle Point Walmart. I am pretty flexible on most things, but I absolutely insist on NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (Tobacco, Marijuana, Cloves or Vaping etc.). Very Hard Pass on the Smoking thing! Pets conditionally. I am a 60-year-old single guy. I don't smoke, party or drink. I don't like it loud. I don't like drama I believe that a home is where you come to retreat from the "loud" of the world. I want someone to keep the cottage clean and to not trash it up and be stable mentally, physically, and financially. And going to stay a while. NO short-term rentals. References, contracts and verifiable employment a must. Quiet; no drama neighborhood. I take care of all property maintenance. Please let me know if there is an issue as soon as you notice it. The landlord pays all utilities
