All appliances included. A portion of the garage will be used. Owner pays for water. Renter pays gas and electric. No smoking inside the house. No pets with fur. Keep up w/ the odor of the house. Anything you break you fix. Owner will take care of natural fixes like plumbing, or electric fixes within a month. If not fixed within a month owner will owner will give the renter an opportunity to fix problem and deduct it from the rent. Rent will be due on the 1st of the month. Rent lease is month to month, so let the owner know if you plan to move the month before.
