Property The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the property located at 1386 Greenfield Loop, Kissimmee, Fl 34747 (the "Property"). 2. Rent The total rent for the Lease Term is $5,200 monthly. The rent is payable as follows: - 7,800 is due upon signing of this Agreement (includes a security deposit of $7,800). 3. Security Deposit A security deposit of $7,800 (one and a half months' rent) is required upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within 5-7 days after the end of the Lease Term, subject to any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. 4.
