Trees are in front and back of the house. Fence in the backyard with a concrete part for relaxing and barbecue, shed and garden for vegetable plan or flowers. Hardwood floor through out the house. Tiles are in bathroom and basement. Very good location for school and commute. Excellent neighbors. 2 assigned parking lots are in the front and many more along the road. PS: 1- The fourth bedroom is in basement area (with full bathroom). 2- Pictures posted are more than 3 years old. Lease terms will be discussed in details later. This is my old house which I love and never want to sell. Renting the house will generate a small income for me to pay for my primary house. Therefore, I want to see the potential tenant would takea good care of the house inside out as if his own house. In principle, the longer rent is the better. I perfer family. The owner will pay property tax and HOA, renter will pay monthly electric and quarterly water bill. Thank you
