Plus, nearby various grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, and banks. Monthly rent is $2,700 (includes HOA fee) due on the 1st of every month. A 1.5-month deposit plus first month's rent due at signing. $4,050 (deposit) + $2,700 (first month) = $6,750 *All funds at lease signing MUST be a cashier check or money order; no exceptions. Rental Condition: Income of at least 2.5x the rent amount is required with a credit score = 660 to be considered.
