The open floor plan with new appliances and refinished original hardwood floors in 2010 encouraged friends and family to stop on by and enjoy the charm of this cape cod. A Master bath that was deconstructed and then reconstructed in 2010 is a wow factor and a claw foot tub on the main floor bath just exudes character. I'm sad to say goodbye but excited to see who loves you next.
