This home was "Not" Sold in 2021. I am the original owner, the only owner. July 19th 2022-This is the original (and Only) owner-(again). This house has NEVER been for sale. The house across the street, sold six weeks ago for$421,000 . Why is my house (exactly like it) only valued for $340,500? And it's on a better lot! Also, all the other houses around me are valued over $400,000. Two years ago, they were all valued about the same. Ever since the "FALSE" posting that the house was sold for a low price in 2021 , the value has been valued far less on Zillow. Your Zestimate algorithm needs fixing!
