Failure to Provide Accurate Information in Application: Your failure to provide accurate information in your application or your provision of information that is unverifiable will be considered by landlord when making the decision to lease the property to you. 7. Terms and Conditions: All requested information on the application will be processed and verified then presented to the Landlord of the property who then will make the final decision to accept or decline an applicant's application.
