Condo association takes care of trails through forested areas, public garden areas, a bunch of tennis courts, and three pools--one of which is behind my condo (along with a playground) and the other (25m w/diving board) is five minute walk down the road. Plenty of parking at no cost. Safe, well-lit area. Super responsive property management. Newly bricked patio, newly tiled bathroom, gorgeous garden area with very little road noise. I fell for this place because of its character, the garden, the amenities, and all the big old trees and flowering bushes and gardens. And the trails are fanTAStic. Hard to find places like this near DC anymore. The condo complex was built to house civilians during WWII. President Ford (... and Nixon) lived in this complex. Asking $2500/mo, at least 6+ months. Tenant responsible for electricity bill.
