The home's central location is wonderful: 12-minute walk to CVS/Whole Foods, 5-minute walk to Giant, and a 9-minute walk to the Shaw metro. Completely renovated in 2013, the townhome has an outdoor patio, high-end kitchen appliances, W/D, easy street parking, and incredible light. The living space is peaceful, clean, and comfy, and we all collectively pitch in with chores and house maintenance. While we have independent life and work schedules, we enjoy talking and spending time together when we're home. Renter signs lease with existing two roommates and is responsible for shared utilities. No pets or smoking.
