Basement for rent in safe, quiet townhouse for a SINGLE occupant only. Personal rented area consists of a large bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and spacious living area (for a living room, dining area, etc., whatever setup you'd like). You'd also have access to the shared common areas of the house: a full kitchen, laundry room, general living room (cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video are all hooked up on the big TV), dining area, shared half bathroom, and an awesome, beach-themed backyard with fire pit and grill. Besides cable in the general living room, you'd also have a personal cable box that you can hook up in either your bedroom or your personal living area, whichever you prefer, since there are two separate cable hookups in the basement. If you wanted a second cable box so you can put one is each spot, it will only be an extra $20 a month. Also, within the townhouse community, there is a small park and a basketball court. Also, off street parking is included. Caged pets and/or 1 dog is permitted, however, no pets live here currently. NO monthly pet fee and NO pet deposit! Sorry, no cats. I'm willing to split the security deposit into multiple payments if you'd need it. There are other housemates, and we're friendly, drama-free people! We're all working professionals. None of us are big partiers, so we tend to have a quieter, calm atmosphere in the house. We all get along great, but most days, we each just tend to do our own thing. Also, we typically keep a pretty tidy house here. Absolutely NO DRUGS of any kind! All utilities, parking, cable, and wifi included in rent.
