Living area fits a sectional couch and built-in wall mount for a 42" (or less) tv. Bathroom shower has a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom fits a queen bed and has ample closet space and has built-in cabinets and drawers above and around the bed. I had to act very quickly to rent this unit and am upset to leave it. The owner is the landlord and he allowed me to have a 30lb dog. Sublet until 11/30/16 or 1+ year lease. Current tenant is relocating out of state. Landlord (condo owner) pays for water & trash; tenant pays other bills.
