Large kitchen is big enough for a small table and chairs. Two walk-in closets. $1295/mo on a 12 month lease includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water, heat, gas, and electric. There are NO hidden "utility bill-back" fees that you will find at almost every other apartment building in town. The Sellwood House has only 11 apartments, so there is no impersonal corporate phone tree to navigate. It's just little old me.
