The Sellwood House was built in 1907 as a convent and currently has 11 super cute eco-friendly apartments with bamboo floors and no-VOC paint. We rarely have a vacancy here because of how well we treat our residents. Rent includes water/sewer/garbage/hot water/heat/gas/electric/parking/and storage. There are no hidden fees. Please be careful when shopping around for similar apartments as most places will bill you separately for utilities, sometimes costing you over $200/mo! At the Sellwood House, the only thing that isn't included in your rent is wifi. Your apartment comes with a free 50 sq ft storage unit. We have onsite laundry and bike storage. We are a native bird habitat. Bamboo floors in the living area and petroleum-free marmoleum in the kitchen. Walk-in shower. I've run a lot of buildings in my day but this one is my favorite by far. $1295/mo on a 12 month lease includes water/sewer/garbage/hot water/heat/gas/electric/storage/parking
