It is a 50 minute drive to Bakersfield and just a little less to the Santa Clarita Valley. It is situated near the base of Mt. Pinos (8847 ft elevation) and is a 20 minute drive to the summit. The log cabin sits on about 1/3 of an acre in a quiet neighborhood and has a seasonal stream. This is a non-smoking residence. No pets. Tenants will be responsible for the annual lot clearance due every June 1st. Tenants will be responsible for their own trash pick-up, power, gas and monthly water fees. Lease is for one year. Because of the log structure, tenants will need permission to put holes or other mounting hardware into the logs. (Logs can not be "patched and painted".) Owner will pay HOA fee which covers snowplowing/maintenance of main roads in Pinon Pines (but not the driveway to home)
