The owners live on the other side, so we are looking for a tenant or tenants who will be respectful of our privacy and our property (we will do the same). We provide landscaping and lawn maintenance and are also very responsive to any issues with the unit. This is our home and we want to take care of it! Rent is $2100/mo on a 12 month lease with a $2100 deposit. Utilities extra. Available in late-September (date listed is an estimate). Tenant requirements: Monthly household income must be at least three times the monthly rent, no pets, and no smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Application is $29 + tax and is required for all potential tenants (we will not accept a reusable tenant screening report). The application includes acredit report, criminal report, and eviction report from TransUnion. It asks for rental history and employment history for last 2 years, 2 personal references, proof of income, and identification.
