This is a charming 3 bedroom 1970's house. The home comes with a 2 car garage and Large yard. The first bedroom and bathroom are on the main level of the home, the top floor of the home as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and the basement has lots of room for storage, as well as another bathroom. No smoking is allowed in the home, this is not negotiable. Owner may allow pets. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and landscaping. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords.
