Hills frequented by deer and turkeys and other wildlife. -The neighborhood and surrounding grounds are clean and well maintained by the Homeowners Association. -Only one wall is shared with the adjacent townhouse and the next townhouse is at least 20 feet away. -Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor. -Half bath is downstairs. -Kitchen is handsomely designed with all the bells and whistles. -Living room has a working fireplace. -Two-bay garage has full laundry, ample storage with large cabinets, electronic garage door opener, and interior entrance to the house. -House was built in 1987, so it's of new, healthy and strong construction. -I am a highly attentive landlord and keep the house fully functional and in perfect order. Photos are from time of purchase in 2018 when staged. House is rented unfurnished. Current tenants occupy until August 20th. I'll be arranging a show dates with them. Minimum one year's lease, then month-to-month rental. Credit rating and references must be strong. Cats OK with pet deposit. Move-in requires first month's rent plus deposit.
