Although it is not a gated community, it feels like one. It is quiet and safe and very family friendly. There are plenty of sidewalks with green grass on either side if you have dogs to walk or just want to take a walk yourself. The Home Owners Association fee is minimal but they do a wonderful job of maintaining green common space and the orange groves surrounding the development. The neighborhood was built in 2003 by Standard Pacific. It is a short drive to the conveniences of downtown Redlands and the University but far enough removed so that you feel like your home neighborhood is a separate sanctuary away from the hustle-bustle of the rest of life. There are nice mountain views also.
