Tenant is never to park in the driveway without the landlord's authorization - Except in an emergency, the landlord must give at least 24 hours advanced notice to the tenant to enter the unit - Work Orders and other requests can be done via phone, text or email to the landlord (Include exactly what needs done and if the landlord has permission to enter if tenant is not home) - All emergencies, including water leaks, gas leaks, fire, or damage should be reported to the landlord as soon as possible - Landlord will attempt to work with tenant for any issues or disputes, including violation of the lease, however it is up to the landlord whether or not to evict after any violation/s - New tenants will receive one unit door key and one mailbox key - Each new unit door key costs $15 to the tenant - Each new mailbox key costs the amount USPS charges, which the tenant will pay - Tenant at the end of the lease is responsible for returning the apartment professionally clean and free of odors. The landlord can assist in finding a professional housekeeping company if requested.
