You are looking at a very low cost rent option that wishes to rent the basement only (has it's own entrance). The ceiling is 7' tall and this offers little amenities if any--this is a sleep and what tv type of setup. You can have a microwave, coffee ect...but it is a minimal type of setup with it's own entrance with a locked door and access to come and go to the outside. Call Anthony for app. Preferably 1 year lease but negotiable to the right tenant
