We have an amazing four bedroom, two bathroom house in Arlington. It's a 5 minute walk from the Clarendon metro stop. We're looking for one roommate (male or female) to fill the remaining room. The rent is $1000 plus utilities (~$95/mo). The room is currently available if you'd like to move in, but we are looking for someone to sign on for the remainder of the lease which will end in August. Move in date would be around March 1st, but we could be somewhat flexible if need be.About the house/room:-It's about 3 blocks, or a 5 minute walk to the Clarendon metro stop- The room is 11x10. It has one normal sized closet, not walk in, but still plenty of space and another closet right outside the bedroom in the hallway- The room will share a bathroom with two other housemates- Central air and heat- Verizon Fios TV/Internet with all the premium channels- Big kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, disposal, and plenty of cabinet space- Utility room with new washer and dryer- Lots of storage space in the attic and shed- Huge living room with a fireplace and big screen TV- Plenty of parking on the street, in addition to the driveway- A utility shed at the end of the driveway- Well-kept back yard with a grill, table, lawn chairs, and a hammock- Yard is maintained by our great landlord (so we never have to cut the grass)- We have furnished the entire house, with the exception of the available room (but if you have furniture, I'm sure we can work something out)- No pets (landlord's rule, boooo)About us:We are three mid-twenties professionals(two guys and one girl) who like to go out on the weekends, but generally stay low key during the week. We keep the house clean and are looking for someone who is responsible and will also help keep the place clean.
