I've installed new windows all over the house . I've also installed a brand new compressor in the AC unit. I've fixed the foundation on the house as well. I remodeled the main restroom as well. And the thing I love most about the house is the huge backyard which is perfect for big family gatherings and cookouts . Utilities are separate from rent and at the expense of the renter. There will be a move out fee if the house is left dirty when moving out. No smoking inside the house AT ALL. Lawn care is also at the expense of the renter . Any damage caused by the renter will also be charged to the renter .
