We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
