If you're looking for a great rental in one of the best locations in Greater Cleveland, then this is for you. This 2BR, 1 bath, single family house is in the west end of Lakewood; a few minutes walk (literally) to Blackbird Baking Company, Around the Corner, Dewey's Pizza, West End Tavern, Georgetown, Harry Buffalo and Borderline Cafe. Get your hairs did at Folicle Salon, your dry cleaning at Kergaard Cleaners. All you have to do is walk, unless it's the Polar Vortex - then you might want to stay home. More on that in a minute. Heinen's is 1 minute by car (unless someone in front of you is really slow); Whole Foods is just 2 minutes further with a Mitchell's Ice Cream just across the street. We recommend their Cookies and Cream. You can work off the calories by taking a nice bike ride or walk in the amazing Rocky River Reservation Metropark (which you'll pass on your way to Heinen's). If you have a dog, there's a dog park just 5 minutes into the park; there's also a small marina and a place to rent kayaks in the summer, if that's your thing. Ok, about the house. It's 900sq ft of awesome. The living/dining room have (real) cherry wood floors. The kitchen is remodeled with stainless steel appliances (e.g. gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). On the second floor, you'll find a master bedroom with two closets, a small bedroom with a closet, and the bathroom/shower. Very cozy all year long. There's a washer and dryer in the basement and some additional storage space. The backyard is gated with a little yard - perfect for your dog or cat (no more than 50 lbs) - or a barbeque with your friends. There's a garage, too, where you can park your car, store your stuff, or both. We recommend you enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch on this quiet tucked away street. The 55 bus will take you straight downtown; or, jump on the highway which is 5 minutes away to take you anywhere you want to go. But, we doubt you'll ever want to leave.
