The cabin is comfortable and quiet. It stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I have never had an issue with noise or any problem with the neighbors. There is a good sized lawn in the front of the yard for my dog to be in and a park right across the street which has been super convenient. The Hilton's have been super responsive to any questions I had or any issue, though I never really had any issues with the property. Even though it is an efficiency the cabin never felt small or cramped and is well organized to have a lot of space. I have loved living here and would highly recommend it. This is a no-smoking home.
