We have 4 cabins and this is one of them. They were built during the Lincoln Hwy Days and renovated. Cabin A and B are the only ones attached so there are double-wall barriers in place. All tenants have reported there are no noise factors. As stated above all your utilities are included. Pets are allowed for a monthly pet fee. It is directly across from a large park and the MS/HS. We have an application process with no fees. There is a contract stating you will give 30 days notice to move, so you can set the time you live there. We have tenants that have used it for a couple of months for in between and most stay for years.
